People often ask how I came to work this way.
For much of my life, I lived with chronic anxiety and had accepted it as something I simply had to manage. Through learning to listen to and support my body differently, that constant feeling of dread and physical tension gradually settled.
That experience changed everything for me.
Over the years, I’ve seen first-hand how responsive the body can be when given the right input — both in my own life and through my work with others.
I’ve been privileged to work with people of all ages and with a wide range of concerns, and to see how often the body begins to settle once it feels properly supported.
This is the foundation of my practice: listening to the body, not fighting it.
